The bearing caps are tightened in two stages starting with the middle sets and working out. Stage one is 10Nm. Stage two is 19Nm. I don't know what the torque spec is for the cam gears. I would guess 70ft.lbs. Leave the cam alignment tool in place when tighting the gears but do not rely on it to do ...

What do you use to tune with? SCT or some thing?

I had just installed my FR2 cams. I have adjustable cam gears. I was trying to set those for a good mix of hp and tq.

What did you think of Elite. When I was there, the tac pickup on the dyno kept cutting out so I never got a good reading on my torque. Kind of sucked because I was trying to tune for a nice mix of hp and tq.
