Contact SVT directly and they can give you the info and for something like $30.00 they'll send you a reproduction of the birth certificate.

Also, how do you know if the dual stage is broken?

Any of those are sweet ones or maybe a few I can throw out is CYASUKA or IOWNU but other than that they all sound pretty cool good luck to ya man.

If the DSI lever breaks it won't throw a code, it'll just be down on power from idle to about 5000 rpm, if the IMRC actuator box fails then it'll throw a code.

If the car has fairly powerful steady accelleration with a nice change in the intake note and a strong pull all the way to 7200 then it's probably working.

If the car has so-so accelleration from idle to 5000 or so and then has a rather large burst of power to 7200 then odds are the lever is broken.
