i have on my ZX3. it's pretty easy. mine i had to go to dealer.. around $30 for 1.
it's pretty easy to figure out. just pry the clips off torward the ends like a sleave and on the same way. use a thimble to put back on...
i can do or help you with it. i work (kinda) in rosemount by the u pull

If they're the same as my Cougar (i'm assuming they are all pretty much the same) they are easy. Just pop on and off. If you get a part number off them the parts store might be able to look them up.

They aren't even the same on all Cougars let alone Cougar to Focus. The wagon liftgate struts are $21.00 each and I'd have to order them. Not a real common issue.
