Something like this on both sides, I "fine tuned" them a lot more so they fit under that plastic peice in the back...

Some glass been laid, ran out of resin, I used a smaller can of it and 2 tubes of hardener, I will go out there in about 3-4 hours and hopefully is as hard as a rock so I can take it out and get the car aired out. I will have to stop at wally world or something tomarrow to get more resin/mat...

if you're buying resin at walmart, you might as well save yourself some $$ and not. Do you have any good marine supply stores? If you do, you ought to be able to get resin for like $20 a gallon. Its $30 at Home Depot, because we have crappy marine supply stores in roch

the boat stores in roch were even worse. They wanted between 40-70 for a gallon... also, check out uscomposites.com

after looking at it and thinking, I ended up doing the same thing scotty8 did, with the aluminum foil and masking tape. Its out baking in the sun, hopefully it'll be cured before my dr. appt so I don't have to drive around with this big soggy fiberglass thing in my hatch

Mine is going to be for a 12, but can hold a 10 and maybe even a 15 depending on how much air pace it needs. I am going to have an infinity perfect 12.1 or a type r 12 in mine, haven't decided yet. As for selling one, I dunno, I'd like to wait until this one is done first before I say I can do something I can't.

I do have a side traced out on a piece of 1/2" mdf for "just in case" insurance, some times I need that

mine's gonna be for a 10" sub. I'm going to have to finish my box first to see how it turns out and how much work it was, then I can consider making one

Alright, I'm gonna start building my box again for the Focus. I gutted the hatch. I need to fiberglass the rear part of the box(far left) first.
I already got my Contour box all done. Looks and sounds great.

If you want you can have the shit I started for my box, not like I can really use it and I am 80% sure I will be coming home with a PT tomarrow. Go a head and laugh. At least I can say its not a ford 8)

I'll prob take the stuff you started. I'm not sure If I'll be able to use it or not, but it won't hurt.

The dynamat is in the car, it won't come out lol, its pretty much like trying to pull duct tape from your hair, once its in, its in for good which sucks balls, 2 bulk packs down the shitter.
