is the 65mm tb worth it? cuz soon i'm gonna put in header, udp and maybe cam gears.

65mm tb is good if you want extremely fast reving engine, more air flow, sensitive gas pedal... probably won't see much hp difference unless you have tons of mods, but it makes the car much more fun to drive

On the dowside, your MPG is gonna drop. I've heard of people having significant drops in their MPG from bigger throttle bodies, but our stock ones are horrible.

you wont get any HP, but its alot more fun to drive. i would say go for it.

I wouldnt get it. Been there, done that. Put the $$ towards cams. There is a reason Focus sport never made one for the zetec.

the only reason MPG went down is because you cannot press on the pedal similar to the stock TB. Its more sensitive. Just take the time to learn how to drive and you'll be fine.
