I did the Ford Racing springs on my old sedan focus and loved it, ride was great, hoever i was still using the stock shocks/struts, and didnt get the toe/camber fixed, I had a slight toe on the rear wheels, but other than that it was a great ride about a 1.6" drop looked tight as hell too.

there is another kit avail thru steve if you want more drop, comes with springs/dampers and gives a 1.5" drop, I do not recall the name.

Nope. Coil overs use a totaly different set of springs then normal shocks and struts. unless by coils you mean springs, and not coil overs, if so then yes they would, but the stock shocks and struts wont last long.

Their not made for the rougher treatment you get from shorter springs. after market dampers (aka shocks and struts) are usually shorter to accomidate the shorter springs.

A few months maybe, at least till they blow. They will eventually blow though, then we can watch you bounce down the road. It's better just to save the money and do a spring/strut combo at once, trust me you wont want to have to pull your suspension apart after 3 months.

If you ride on the stock shocks/struts, you will remind me of the low rider i seen in st cloud once, that thing was bouncing like a bouncy ball
