The pic has to be hosted on another site that allows you to upload. Like cardomain.com orhttp://imageshack.us/
Imageshack is real easy. Once the pic is hosted/uploaded, click on it to open it to it's normal size and then right click it and copy the image address.
In your post on the board, hit the Img icon, paste in the image address, and click the IMG icon one more time. You should have something that looks like this [IMG]www.pasteyourimageaddresshere[/IMG]
That's about it really.
