i have smoked about 2 pacs a day fer like 9-10 years, 5 days ago i stopped smoking, i wish i had a smoke the size of a focus right now. its like a best friend died!!!!
5 days ago i went and got hypnotiesd i have not smoked since. the last time i tried quiting i used that chantex stuff and it took a month to cut down to a few smokes and after 2-3 month i still didnt quit fully, i got brain washed and it took 39 minutes to fully quit. :shock: :shock: :shock: :(

See what you're feeling right now. When I quit 12 years ago it was that feeling. It pissed me off to think I had done this to my body. It became the backbone of my resolve.

Good job Rob, Stay off the smokes!!

I smoked a couple packs a day for years as well and I quit about 18 years ago, it takes a little while to get over the physical craving and urge for the simple act of smoking but you'll be glad in the end.

You've got a son, set a good example. 8)

another day and not smoking. the cravins are worse some days and then others i dont crave at all. today i found myself diggin throught the fridge looking fer something, i couldnt figure out what i wanted in the fridge till i relized i was lookin fer a cig. :lol: the old man came over today also, we went out on the deck to talk and he could smoke, all i could smell was gun powder :shock:

At this point, I'd seriously send him outside to smoke alone.

Not only is it bad for him but it's not helping you quit, he should respect that and keep it away from you.

I found that tooth picks work well and are mostly acceptable in all places. chew em just hold them in your mouth whatever helps.
