Location: Cannon Falls

A black EAP ZX3 getting towed by a white tow truck on Hwy 52 bout 8 miles north going north of Cannon Falls (around 250th st) at about 3pm. is this anyone? and WTF?
A friend asked me if I wanted a frozen banana, I said "No, but I want a regular banana later, so Yeah."
