Performance Parts:

Focus Central "race" rear lower control arms. No provisions for sway bar and must be used in conjunction with coil-over type suspension. Brand new and never installed. Fits all except wagon up to model year 2008 IIRC.

Stock Parts:

zetec MAFS sample tube, used. Fits all zetec Foci, does not include MAFS unless you really want it (I think it's burned out not sure though).

Lower engine mount (dogbone), used. Perfectly good condition, can be sand blasted if you so wish, roughly 20,000 miles on it.

I just sold the fogs today. I have another set that is spray painted black. i could sand it off easy enough and polish them up if you really want them, no charge and free to you.

Correct.

Remember though, you'd also need real coil-overs for these to work. There where some of the old FC ones on FJ while back that Honda Hunter was selling. They're sold now. But something like that is what you're looking for.

Dang... So, I'm guessing a coilover sleeve kit will not work... okie dokie...
