WBO2 came today ...
Here's something I didn't know ...
I always engine brake. Thought the ECU cut fuel until you pushed the clutch in or came to a very low rpm near stalling. Wrong, sorta.
Goes like this 5th gear will cut until you hit 45MPH, 4th gear until you hit about 35MPH, 3rd gear until you hit about 35MPH, 2nd won't cut fuel. So pretty much engine braking in town is useless to try and save a little fuel.
BTW I bought a PLX brand and am using the narrow band output to feed the ECU fueling data. The car has never felt this smooth or powerful, even when brand new.
... and that is why AEM sucks, no simulated NB output.
I'll have a how to put together in a week or so.
