You're going to one to go at least one step colder. I've been running the Motorcraft AZFS-22C plugs for 9 months and haven't had to replace them yet. You could springr for the Bosch plugs that are one step colder but lots of people have had luck with the Motorcraft plugs.
Motorcraft AZFS-22C ---> izzit 1 step colder or just regular one?
is it available @ ford dealer?
i heard if i had to choose between bosch and motorcraft, i better go with motorcraft according to my roomie

Yes these are 1 step colder than stock. You can order them from any dealership just give them the part number. The box wont say 1 step closer, just make sure the part number is fine and you'll be okay.
