It's happened before at this house, it just sucks the way it always hits us when we really don't need the extra expense.
Yeah, we had that happen a few months ago and it cost us a little over $300. For us, it was small roots and dirt. They told us it's likely to happen every few years and there's nothing to do to take care of it short of replacing the line. teh suck.

That is why I'm still renting.... I would love to have a home but I don't think I could Financially afford it at this time. Going from a 800 a month to over a 1,000 "<<thats being easy on a morgage" plus paying all the Utilities....... If you have one thing go wronge with all these payments and bills you have to sacrifice something.
