Yea, it would be for my car but I wouldn't run it as a true CAI.

I'm not sure if it would be worth selling it..... It has some cosmetic damage the front just above the grill is wrinkled and the passanger side hindge has a warp in it.... I had massaged it back into place a little better with a 2x4 and my hands..

I guess it all depends on what you plan on doing with it kowing you its very hard to say
