When you have good lighting or a tripod you should have the ISO as low as possible, but when you're in the dark like at this show you can turn it up a little to get faster shutter speeds. The pics will be slightly more grainy the higher you go, but better grainy than blurry

Gotcha, I was trying to avoid grainy pics, but I'll go the other route next time, thanks Tony
