Help!

OK, so I had the silverstars in the stock focus. Now, after paying $180 to replace much of of shorted out headlight wiring I have the stock headlights back in. Ford says the wattage was too high..ok..fine..What do I need to do to have those brighter bulbs in without having wiring issues with the car?

Also...does anybody have a favorite paintless dent removal company. I was going to go with Finishing Touch here in Oakdale but I thought i would ask before going with them (again). Damn cars keep getting in my way!

I feel your pain, a few months ago I too had to fork over 200.00 for a silly mistake. I was told by serveral guys in the mnfoc that to wire high wattage bulbs there needs to be a relay wired in between. I believe if you look through the Tuning\Performace area and find the "Headlight Problem" topic that I started there is the informaiton there you are probably looking for. I would paste it here if I had any clue how to do that.

you will have to wire in automotive relays, you can get relay kits for our H4 headlights from jegs or summit for around $40 or you can get an auto motive relay from radio shack and wire up your own kit.
