Hatch wiring recall

Steve, my hatch wiring is all shot to hell where it actually goes into the hatch, but the lookup on Ford's site says there aren't any recalls for my VIN (3FAHP3137YR142467). Is it possible this recall was still not done on my car? If it was done and I'm having the same issue, can I have it done again as part of the recall, or am I going to have to pay for the part and install it? If I'm on the hook for this one, how much is that harness?

I've got the thing patched up with 3M 33 tape, but I'd like to have something that isn't rigged.

The only wiring related recall I know of is for a sedan, I ran your vin as well and nothign comes up.

I've got a couple places (Carfax and Motor Trend) listing a recall with an effective date of 12-2000 and NHTSA number 00V411000 listed for the ZX3. The NHTSA site doesn't seem to break them down by vehicle type, but the problem I'm experiencing matches what that recall says, so I figured it was worth a shot.

Anyway, got a price on that harness?
