The Vikes need alot of personnel changes if they are ever going to be a real contender. How about a real fullback and a real tight end? And the receiver core is in need of a true possession receiver (Wade's ok, might be better next year). No deep threat. Any chance for a stable cornerback tandem? And then there's Tavaras.

The coaching staff sucks ass. They can't come up with a plan of attack to utilize there star running back. When an opponent figures out a way to stop the running game, they need to change things up to get it going again. Run, run, pass, punt is pretty easy for a defense to figure out.

Griffin came on pretty strong at corner towards the end of the season. He should be better next year too. Tavaris is in the same boat. I think that as the experience comes, he will do better. I do think the play calling needs to be better for him. The coaches just don't call plays suited for the offense
