I've got these comming. The shell was manufactured by Vestatec in Germany. The lighting is the same Hella set up as the Ford Racing projectors. 00-04 only. These were the 1st available set of Hella projectors made for the Focus. These are what you want for an hid upgrade. Either way, it's high quality, euro design, fo cheap :)

Msrp $ 649. Price $225 local meet/pick up only.

Vestatec makes high end stuff for the euro crowd. There would be no difference in quality compared to the FR Hellas.
