Sometimes they ask for it.. don't know why
Some stoners in a Buick with their trashy girlfriends decided itd be funny to rev at me in traffic and lunge forward everytime the car ahead of them moved up. I guess it was freakin hilarious... because they were dying laughing. I didn't do anything... bumper to bumper traffic .

Watch out for old Buicks, The T-types and Grand Nationals were downright nasty and most of the ones around now are WAY faster than they were new.
And if it's really old you could be up against something like this,

Plain jane Buick on the outside and 450 mean nasty HP under the hood, Of course the GN could hide it's potential but theres no hiding a built big block.

Damn Steve you keep teasing me with these Buicks. I owned one in highschool a skylark that was one of the deals of a life time. I paid $300 for a 1970, gold, two door (are there really any other kind), with a 350 2 bbl and 25k miles on it in immaculate condition, yes from an ol' lady that could no longer drive connected to an ol' GF's family somehow. Yeah I know it sounds like a load but it's true. Worst of it is that in about a month I had a major dinger with it on 35E. I was attending Dunwoody at the time, on my way home merging onto 94 in the right lane you have to shift over 3 or 4 lanes to the far left to get on 35. Well during the shifting over on a cloudy and wet afternoon the traffic was backed up entering 35 which I was unaware of and as I turned my head back around from checking my blind spot from the lane change.... nothing but tail lights
, tried switching lanes but there was a car along side of me so all I could do is put on the binders. I started turning out of the lane and ended up taking the right rear quarter of a Dodge Colt and pushing the rear up to the back of the front passenger seat, luckily no one other than the driver was in the car and no one was hurt. Ironically it turned out that the driver of the Colt was an instructor at Dunwoody, he was an autobody instructor and was driving his Colt home for the very first time after having it at school for months being repaired because it had been rear ended.
He was f'n pissed and he let me, a then 19 yr old kid, know about it (glad I was'nt in any of the auto programs!). Then there is the 80's vintage GNX that a friend of mine had, black and beautiful.

Thats my old '69 Skylark not long before I sold the drivetrain, returned it to stock and sold it.
I built the motor myself (except the machining) and I just found out a couple weeks ago that the guy who bought it from me 15 years ago is still running it and he has not had to rebuild it, Not a bad job if I do say so myself.
That car would ROAST the tires off all the way into third gear from a stop, no brake assist either, just pure tire smoking, fishtailing nastiness
