Anyway I'm partial to the MKV class, and it was small enough so I know who won. I didn't take home a trophy..

Yeah, I loved teh mk5 class. Sorry Kev you did'nt place trophy. The VW crowd does play the popularity contest, they did last year...
I liked yours, the rims are sexy as hell in person. But I also loved the slammed white one. I'd love to have a white GTi...
Heres some pics I took and had time to upload...
I'm a wheelwhore, so alot of wheel shots so far, I'll try and get normal car shots up soon later tonight after I get home.

My fav headliner. I wanted to do this to Rattles, and have the Corbeaus redone as well.

Thanks... yeah I kinda figured afterwards. I mean... I'm not a hater or anything and I really think Dave (kick ass Rabbit, cool guy) and the slammed candy white GTI deserved 1st and 2nd... but 3rd... I mean.. if I knew all I needed were rims and graphics to win I woulda skipped the grill, eyelids, drop, front lip, exhaust, etc and got some mad decals yo copied off a concept car. It woulda helped in letting me know I was going the right way with my mods.. :?

Naa, the diesel for getting uber mileage, when my focus retires in a couple of years and becomes purely a toy I will need another hatch to drive. I alway's eyed the golf but couldn't swallow the price even though they are worth the money they ask for them. Who knows maybe Ford will get their shit together and reintroduce a decent sized hatch that has decent fuel economy, you know kinda like the one THEY HAD ALREADY! :x

They had plans for a Rabbit TDI in the US, but they scrapped that. Don't know why.. they offer it overseas. There's the Jetta TDI tho..

When did you drop it? It was stock height at the last meet.

I didn't look real close at the pics from the show though. I still say yours looks better than the other cars, very clean and well done.

I went back and checked out your pics again and now I do see the drop, it looks perfect.
