I actually respected you for a short while when you said you didn't know what Randy was doing and you continued to act like an adult (unlike eleanor). I was even planning on eventually letting eleanor back into the club, not anymore though.

As everyone knows Randy was planning on buying the 6spd transmission out of the crashed car they were parting out, trying very hard to get ahold of sealtm5 to purchase and pick-up the transmission. But he instead ignored randy and sold it out from under him.

Well, I hope you two have fun in the focus community, because I plan to see it through that you have no connections left with any of the big clubs for your acts.

Cool it Rob, just stay out of it. Nobody really cares about the Eleanor thing anymore. The issue at hand is Steve selling the tranny out from underneath of Randy while Randy was working on buying the stuff. This thread was just a bit of a heads up letting people what went down.


You should just try to keep from getting under Nils' skin for a bit. Word has it that some of your drunk posts have been annoying people (more than just a few even) that are a little to close to the ban hammer. You are fine in real life, but so was Scotty8 from what I hear, so you should just try to be a little better mannered online.

Everyone I've met in person has been real nice and I look forward to meeting the rest of the club this summer - but this is just getting weird. I can agree with these past few statements, it's maybe getting a little out of hand? I'm not here to piss anyone off but slimming our community out of meet-going members feels, on the whole, negative. It's also probably more work for you, nils, and I know finals are coming up. LoL.

I don't see why people get so butthurt over someone else getting themself banned. I personally think that selling something out from underneath someone else is not cool (unless you already gave the person 3 to 4 months ). Randy was counting on those parts. If he wanted more money out of Randy for it he should of just asked. It wasn't like Randy wasn't up front about not being able to pay for it instantly. It was said multiple times that both he and I were not financially set up for the buy quite yet. I ended up draining my bank account a bit early so that I knew he wouldn't sell the parts to someone else. Randy didn't have that luxury, so he tried working it out with the man and got screwed on it. That seems like a bannable offense in a community this small.

Yes it sounds like there was a huge communication gap here, but again if you don't have the ching for the bling don't commit to buying it in the first place. I myself did that to hotrod wagon, and I admitted to him that I rushed into things, said I'd buy the goods than said I couldn't do it because of financial reasons, ask him, he'll remember, the way I see it, if Randy couldn't afford it, he shouldn't have expected him to hold onto something where he had several full paying buys waiting in line, honestly I would have done the same thing. Why should MY bank account hurt because of the inability of someone else committing to buying something than not being able to afford it????

The way I see it here, this sealteam guy is friends with Jason, pretty much grounds for banishment in Nil's mind, again without even getting both sides of the story, Nil's is friends with Randy so he just got the one sided story.

Wow, try to keep the forums members up on the business, guess not.

Ok where to start.

#1) I find it funny how the only people online that bitch and moan when someone gets banned are the ones who don't ever come to meets. This is a forum yes, but it's more based around those times we have together at meets. We continually have people saying they are impressed with how well the community gets together in person and how the meets always go off without a hitch (unlike mnsc meets for example). There's a reason for this.

#2) There's a reason Justin and Rod don't ban anyone. They are online at least once if not a couple of times a day; they know what is going on around here. They don't want to bother or get involved, Justin told me he wants me to handle it, but we ALL talk about what goes on. Maybe you should talk to Justin, Josh, but I know I have prior to, and before any of this shit has happened, I'm just the one online to deal with it. None of the other admins have had any problems with what I've done, hell they have encouraged it. So maybe you should talk to them about being on a power trip?

#3) This forum seems to attract people who do stupid shit and are the biggest annoying ass e-thugs I've seen. We've had them on mnsc and done the same thing. Chad for example, awesome guy in person, a fucking tool on the internet. I guess maybe we just won’t tell you when we ban anyone like we do on mnsc, and then you just don't have to know about it? Sorry for trying to keep the community informed.

#4) With this whole sealtm5 thing there is way more to it than you know. Randy asked for him to hold it for a super SHORT amount of time. This was agreed upon. Randy had the money in the amount of time and started to contact sealtm5. sealtm5 continued to ignore him until Randy finally found his number and was able to contact him. I know if I was selling something to someone and they committed it's pretty damn shady to go and sell it behind that persons back.

#5) It's funny, Stang302. Me, immature? Think what you want I guess. I honestly didn't have a personal problem with either Eleanor or sealtm5 before I banned them. Sorry to see you go. It's still amazes me how I'm the one getting ridiculed, while it these were decisions made by all the admins, along with input from the other forum members. I guess you won't be calling all of them immature though...

#6) skhighlighn - None of the people ever banned off this site (minus - eleanor) have been meet going members. That's one of the primary reasons why the admin staff hasn't felt bad banning them. They don't contribute anything in person to make up for their acts online.

#7) spots25 - I agree a lot of people have done stupid stuff lately.

#8 ) HOMOFUCAS - I never had any problem with sealtm5. I met him in person and he was a great guy. I did talk to him after the whole Jason incident and he agreed that Jason’s actions were out of line. What more do you want me to do? Also, Randy asked me to make the thread to explain what is up. I'm pretty sure he's to pissed off to want to post right now.

Hopefully that cleared it up for a few of you. Hate on me all you want, I honestly am indifferent. I guess that's what you get for trying to do the right thing.
