As far as I read so far it is affecting the Focus from 00 - 01 with vin P. Problems are described as lack of power, hesitation and near stalling. The solution is the updated Ford cylinder head. Apparently it is caused from worn exhaust valve guides which may cause the valve to stick at times, or cause an intermitent misfire code. I priced the head and it goes for about $500.
