as the title says, is it swappable? do i have to drill new hole or they use the same bolt pattern, sizes etc

They "should" just swap over, bolt in wise. Now if I remember correctly the wiring clips may be different so some wiring may be needed.

Yes. They are swappable. I have SVT leather seats in my car. They bolt right in. The only pain in the ass is the wiring of the seat belts and airbags.

I was thinking about swapping SVT seats in, sounds like a pain though.

Its not really that hard. Just make sure you get the harness for the seats when you do it.
