They "should" just swap over, bolt in wise. Now if I remember correctly the wiring clips may be different so some wiring may be needed.

Yes. They are swappable. I have SVT leather seats in my car. They bolt right in. The only pain in the ass is the wiring of the seat belts and airbags.
