So I was wondering if a FocusSport Turbo kit would be worth the investment. I have an 05 ZX5 2.0 Duratec with an automatic transmission. How much excess wear and tear does a turbo cause. Am I looking for frequent future repairs?

I really want a turbo, but a $3,000.00 for stage 1 and $ ? for stage 2, is it worth it to be the one of the few turbo AT ppl!

well my friend you have made the same poor choice i have ... you have a auto  but your auto can handle more power than mine  so a turbo may not be a bad idea. i would look into a better torqe converter, a valve body or tune for the shifts and a aux trans cooler.

like focinite said, your tranny will be the weak link. Other than that you could run a turbo setup for 100k miles if treated right.
