Well, today, I noticed there is some oil seeping out from my motor...

I wiped all the oil off the other day when I was under the car, but, I notice there is oil on the outside of the motor again...

Where the pan meats the alum part, skirt, i am guessing, it is damp with oil, where the alum meets the cast, its damp with oil.

Oil is dripping onto my header, so, I am guessing thats my oil smell prob I am getting...

Anyone else's zetec do this? I only got like 43k on the clock, oil levels are always fine, I didn't want to start tweaking on the bolts or mess with it until I get a second opinion...

Sounds to me like your valve cover gasket is leaking, you can try tightening it down a bit and it may stop for a while but they are only about $22.00 and I bet if you check around you can find someone here that has them on hand
