They came today to fix all the new trim they had to install becasue the first crew literally raped my original trim, so, a diff crew, the crew that was spose to come out the first time, came and installed the new trim.
Then, I didn't like the hack job they did, the shit was all crooked, so, I call them up. Find out its because of paint lines. WTF, you couldn't tell me that you did a 1/2 assed job the first time because you where worried about covering the fucking paint? Why is it the old windows where perfect, aside form being old ass single pane wood windows, they where centered?
Well, my mom came to pick up my daughter to watch her so I can get some shit done on the car.
My mom had sears put central air in her house, a big no-no. Because of the shitty install, the drain line from the pan under the furnace was not all the way thru the floor, when they pushed the hose thru, the end kinked up and did not pop out the other end. Now, add 3+ months of using the central air, the new hardwood flooring my mom installed was shot, all bubbled/warped. Sears cut her a check for like 648$, not even enough to cover a whole new floor and install, just the part that was bad, and, the shit she had done was discountinued. Her house now smells like ass because of the water damage, the sub-flooring is all warped and shit, the insulation under the house is all wet/stinks.
My mom made a comment today she would not let them use the electricity, the guy was like we need it for our tools and I said I don't give a shit, get the shit done.
Well, the fucking install guy packs up everyting and leaves, he is like "if I can't use the electricity I am out of here" I told him go ahead and use it, he is all like "I am leaving, another crew will come out anohter day". WTF!?!?!
So, I get on the phone, chew the project co-oridator a new ass, I ask him wtf is up. I was not nice to him at all, I went off on him and told him his crew is pretty childish, and he started saying how someone had come home and told them they couldn't use the electricty. I told the PC that my mom made a comment and I told them it was ok to use the power. This is bull shit. I told him 7 times sears has been at my home and the windows are not done right. He was like we only had a crew out there 3 times, I told him, sears in general has been here 7 times for the windows, 1x for the sale, 1x for the measure, 3x the crews did work, 1x the crew came and made a list of what they needed, and the PC was out here to take pics of the work and explain to me why my windows was done 1/2 assed. Why could the crew not tell me the first time? Why did they not explain to me or the woman as they where going along why it was done the way it was done?
So, now, I am sitting here, waiting for them to call me back and get this shit figure out. I am so irate. I have about 60 4mp pics of the handy work they did.
The first crew was by far the worst group I have ever seen.
