Clutch alinement tool, 2 people, and a weekend.

Change your tranny fluid at this time also. I think its about a quart and a half. I have "had" Ford synthetic in mine.

Royal purple is what most go with right?
It'll be by myself mostly, but have 4 days to do it so I think I'll be ok.

It's almost a requirement to have two people to get the trans down and back up in the car, it's a tight fit and dropping it could be bad.

Get new flywheel bolts. Consider replacing the clutch master cylinder, as they have a tendency to leak.

master cylinder got done a couple months ago.

I have a nice little atv jack that worked great when replacing the trans on my sisters Bonneville.

x3 on flywheel bolts. Otherwise they may tend to snap ha ha.

Picked up the flywheel bolts from tousley today. Looks like I'll be doin the swap Thursday.

so funny story, I need new half shafts after me being an idiot. Buddy is runnin up to tousley for me (for a dece chunk of change) in the AM to pick them up.

It's back together. Man the clutch engages much closer to the floor now. Love how it feels.

Glad you had those in stock steve, parts stores down here couldn't even order them. Mankato ford wanted 750.
