ok new thought, who is up for getting a euro ST out of mexico? theres your I-5 turbo right there. the real question is can it pass u.s. standards?

so say it gets over here, where do you have it worked on? volvo? ford doesnt have the parts for the i-5

yeah easyer said than done. i did some looking into that but i would have ran into a few issues.
1.drive shafts,length and splines
2.at the time no clutches that woulda worked
3.focus has returnless fuel system, contour and taurus do not.
4. how to make the secondary ecm stuff(gauge cluster,restraint,pats)work with the contour/taurus stuff.
other wise i woulda gone with the big dog 3.0 8) but i stuck with a easy bolt in swap. :lol:
