I FINALLY CALLED HIM!

first of all, I asked how much the bumpers and hood was worth:

looks like if they are in good condion the hood is worth around $100, the Bumpers maybe $50 apiece

he still maintains that the headlights look like junk, and said they may not even be complete, I will take pictures for you though

I forgot to ask about if the cd player is worth anything to him, although he did take the one out of the SVT, so maybe it is


about the SVT, sounds like the brakes are still there, but part of the front suspension is missing, a few other parts are missing, and part of the interior is missing

the car did still drive though before he took some parts off of it, it has about 6k on the car I believe, engine and tranny and all of the wiring is still there

thye dash is there and mostly complete (radio and something else he took out)

brakes should be complete for someone who wanted that

EDIT: the rear bumper may be on the car also


people who were interested, put up what you are willing to pay for the parts, he gave me a price for the remainder of the car, and I am going to check it out tonight, price seemed fair, just wanna see what you guys want to pay (like if you say $100 for the engine and tranny and $50 for the brakes it isnt going to cover it)

I might be interested in the lights even if they are damaged, assuming they are HID's.

The Audiophile deck would be interesting also, I bought one a while back for $70.00 and it works fine. Ask what he wants for it.

I know the guy when I see him but I don't see him very often what with being chained to my desk and all.

the aftermarket headlights do look like cheap ebay ones, they are missing the projector lensed side, one of the other lens is busted, and some mounts are broken off. he said he would sell them cheap though

got pictures of the svt and a few other cars. he has 2 car that seem to have the rear and side skirts, but stock front bumpers, maybe he would be willing to sell to someone if interested, I dunno

he also said another rollover is coming up on auction soon, so maybe if more people wanted shit off of it, I dunno

since no one posted about actually being willing to buy the brakes, I am thinking Justin Officially has dibs on it, along with door panels and vents and such

I think whoever called dibs on the silver hvac stuff has dibs on it

Nils officially has dibs on the sideskirts

I would prefer the header to stay with the engine, so if you want all of that or if someone wants the engine without the header the person who wants just the header has dibs



the guy wants $1200 for the whole car it sounds like, so obviously the engine, tranny, and pcm are going to be less than that
