just thought I should post this


today I was at Tousley and some guy came in looking for me. Apparently he rebuilds damaged Focuses that he picks up at auctions. He wanted to know if I still had the hood, or wheels, etc that he could see had been replaced.

He also said he had a rollover 02 SVT I think. He has already used a few parts to fix another SVT, but he was wondering if anyone would be interested the drivetrain for a good ol swap. He also said he has some (apparently ugly) aftermarket headlights off of a car he bought that he replaced with stock ones (maybe someone here would like them). I thought this might be a good place to find some random odd parts (think antenna bases and such ) And maybe some of you have a stock part that he might be interested in and you dont want it anymore.

I dunno, just thought I would share. Anyone that needs his phone number PM me.

I forget exactly what he said he robbed it of already, might of been part of the front uspension, may have killed the complete swap

I was thinking of asking him how much he would want for the whole rolled svt (maybe minux anything useful to him

so I may actually want those brakes, I dunno

LMK how much he wants for them if you don't get them...You'll also want the 1/2 shafts and a bunch of other parts....

I'd be content with the motor/pcm/harness.

ok, the motor, pcm, and tranny probably wouldnt be a problem, gonna check price, heck, gonna check the price on the whole car

oh ya, the CC probably wont be with that motor though, I'm calling dibs on it

I know he said he used one halfshaft already and that there is only like 6k miles on the car
