Well, for a LONG time I had an engrown toe nail, finally, today, I got it pulled out.
The doc last week or so had me taking these pills that smell like cheap beer farts, the swelling went down quite a bit.
Today, I went in, he looked at it and, eagerly said "lets pull that out"
So, I walk to this other room, that def. does not look inviting.
I lay down on this table thing, and, he starts putzing with it, and, then, starts to stick me with needles and junk, and, tore it out.
They asked if I wanted to watch n junk, I told them FUCK NO.
On with the pics...

My cam really sucks for upclose stuff....the long pointy part as in the side of my toe, the part with the notch was the visable part...
I got some tylenol and vicodin to take, and, a doc note to stay off my foot and take it easy.
Really sucks, I wanted to work on the car tonight, or, at lest start.

Dude OUCH!!
  OUCH!!
I know exactly what you are going through, I had the same thing years ago.
They generally don't come back if he cut out enough and after a few days you will be so glad the pain from the ingrown toenail is gone that you won't even notice the pain from the surgery.

I got a pic of it after the bandage is off on my phone, I can text it to anyone that wants it...lol...
This is the 3rd time I had the surgery done, this time around, it was the worst ever, last 2 I went to a "foot doctor" who numbed the piss out of my toe, I couldn't even walk the first time my foot was so numb....
This time, I went to the clinic and this doc was crazy lol...
He did give me a script for vicodin, that shit don't do much for me...I took 5 tylenol, 4 vicodin, and I am on my 2nd rum n coke, it still hurts, not as bad...
BTW Steve, got my box of goodies, but, my toe hurts so I can't put any of the stuffs on the car, I did go to the parts store and get a bunch of vacuum hose and bolts
What kind of screws do they use for the throttle body? Somthing like a wood screw?

i had a toenail that looked a lot like that, but it was all self-inflicted. First, I ran it over with a pallet jack like 50 times, then I nearly tore it off while playing disc golf in sandals. My entire sandal filled with blood...
who is that girl?!?

.... when i was younger, i had this cat that would atack your foot at night as you were walking around, so one night it happened and i chased it up the stairs, i managed to stub my right big toe so hard it folded under and i stepped on it, popped it out of the socket, and tore some crap,. now i can take it and bend it almost flat aginst the top of my foot, or i can give a perfect thumbs up wit ma toe.
