Focus Air Ride suspension kit

Pulled this off an '02 SVT show car, I believe it will fit sedan, zx3, and zx5. Everything was working when it was removed. All necessary brackets and hardware included. Two 5 gallon tanks with valves, filters, gauges etc. two VIAR 380c compressors (PN 38033), basic controller box. All you need is air hose and to wire/bolt it in!

Are the bolts for the rear lower control arm cut? If so, are the arms even usable anymore?

I'm not sure what you're referring to. Nothing was cut or torched off. This was a kit made specifically for the Focus from Air Lift I believe, everything is intact and in excellent condition.

Here's a picture of the rear suspension before I removed it.
