I vote rear seat delete and 2 alpine type r's in a big ported box.

See if the first vid is working.

DAMN!
I have 2 TypeR's in teh Focus. Those are staying in there for now. However, I did want to eventually take one out, since having both in there is extremely overkill. (as some of those videos demonstrated)
I have a set of 10" Pioneers. They were my first subs. And they have now blown 2 amps. So they must be pretty good subs...LOL
When the weather warms up, and I have all the work done on the Focus, I'll build a custom box for the SVTC.

Do you have the new or old style type r's?

I might be getting my hands on a pair of 12's or 15's.

Whats the difference? The subs are stashed away in the car in storage.

New ones take more power, larger motor structure, have an accordian-style surround, old ones have a round surround. The new oens are suppose to be tons better.

As soon as my garage is done, I am going to hit a pair of type r's...

Maybe rear seat delete and buy up another BMF 1000d, new alt, and, a HUGE ported box

If I ever have to buy another set, I would probably get a single 12" TypeX or whatever the latest letter Alpine comes out with.
