Whats up yall.My name is Dan.I have a 2003 viper red focus svt.Did not know a there was a focus following in mn haha.Anyways some things i have done too my svt are...msd coil pack and wires,pro-dtm front bumper,magnaflow cat back,massive valve cover,pioneer7in,k&n cai,repainted viper red,proffesional repainted wheels(gloss black,color matched lip)drilled and slotted rotors,wraped header,and thats about all i can think of right now.I dont know much about orp's but im looking too get one soon if anyone has experience with them or dyno gains.Same with the sct xcal3.Good too know im not the only one in love with my focus.

Sounds like you're off to a good start and like Tony said, post some pics.
ORP is a great mod and worth about 8-10 hp, loud though so you may need to modify the exhaust.
A tune is the best thing you can do, FS Werks is great as is the guy that did mine.

Sounds like a good start! The ORP and ACT are two very good mods to do to an SVT.

Mine got a lot louder with the ORP and that's with the Borla, with a stock exhaust it's usually worse because it's so tinny and raspy.
