well today me and steve (FORDSVTPARTS) swapped out my intake box wit an cone filter, did the sparks plugs and wires... totally made a big difference at WOT.... i can feel the most power from 5k to 7k wit the DSI engaged.... i also drove steve's car and his throttle feels soo much better than mines..... next i'm planning on getting an TB, cause it's totally worth it.... we also tested out steve's new, i mean used HIDs he got for free... lucky bastard, he has 2 free pairs for himself, HIDs!!!!

anyways the car runs much better... feels stronger at WOT.... luv the way the intake filter roars at WOT, and the way it whistles when ever i tap the gas while being parked...............

THANX STEVE WIT ALL U DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No problem, I'm glad you like it.

After you left it crossed my mind that I had a different throttle plate for my spare ported TB so we could have put that on as well. Next time I guess.

It's actually one set of HID's that I got, One used one that needed repair and one new one that needed repair.

Now I just have to work out the wiring.

You can buy the plug-ins which makes the wiring easier. I'm gonna order some new headlights soon. And at the same time, I'm gonna order the plugin. Only thing is its like 30$. Damn cost of euro parts.

On Mars car we actually just yanked the stock airbox and clamped a cone filter on the end of it, Should work pretty well but he still needs a different elbow.

I told him to find some boots and I can build him an elbow from an extra chunk of intercooler pipe I have.

You mean the VW plugs?

I may have to go that route but I have not gotten that far yet. I got the correct pinouts for the HIDs from Ford and from looking at Mars's car.
