Yeah, I thought so but wanted to check anyway. I guess most people like to look down at the floor when checking there vitals. 8)

It's because the gauges were down there in the first gen Camaro back in the sixties.

Buick actually had a console mounted tach that was optional in the Wildcat.

It was stupid then and it's stupid now, why would you take one of the worst ideas they had back then and stick it in your modern car? Just for the retro look?

Steve, there is a pale green Falcon Futura that has been parked by my house for years, wish the guy would put the damn thing up for sale already...it needs some work but it looks like it would be fun

Steve, Are the Falcon pictures from RA? I never saw that car on the track. Would have been cool to see it turning some laps.

Yup, I didn't see it run either but I just loved the way it looked. May have been broken or not ready to race, that happens a lot.

I was looking at some pro pictures of the RA 2011 event and found one on track shot of the Falcon.
