after replacing the tps it helped it not rev so high so fast.... but it still does it.. you think ill need a new throttle body?

Vacuum leak. Unmeatered air is getting into the intake manifold causing the vehicle to think that the throttle is open

The rubber boot clamps between the lower and upper intake are prone to loosening which leads to leaks.
You can try reclamping them or check with CFM and see if they still have their silicone rubber boot and clamp kit which should fix it up for you.
