Converting Youtube vids to WMA or MPEG?

Anyone know any good programs for this? I want to have the Gymkhana 3 video at work but of course Youtube is blocked.

hmmm...I have a program to convert music off of there to mp3. Works amazing, I'll check to see if I can find something Steveo

http://keepvid.com/ works for me for downloading from youtube and putting the vids on my ipod

Does that allow you to convert it to a WMA or MPEG though? I can't view the site from work

it lets you pick what format to download it.
