I've begun to put into shape a front splitter. This is direct fit non SVT. Extension is 3". I'm going to have to glass it, then create the mold. Looking into urethane or ABS. Gotta wait till summer to make a few...

Good $h!t man!! Let me know when your going into production and I'll buy one for sure. I'm getting a carbon fiber SS Hood in June so that would be a nice little addition
I'm not the MN ZX3 w/ Cali plates anymore.
A cop came by and trashed my dreams.

That would look awesome on the front of my RS bumper. If it will fit my bumper, I'll take one.
Pants too tight, wheels so bright!

There will be some trial and error. I'm gathering materials and setting up shop over the next couple of months. I'd like to do it sooner, but I'm getting very busy (good thing, need the $$$) and do have an investment to make on materials. I'll only be spending a few hours a week on getting it together. I want to do this right the first time, so duplication/sales can recoup investment before the modding season's peak is over.

I won't need a tester...but will certainly want to get a few out there and generate some install pics for sales purposes.
As far as fittment goes to other bumpers, the design is made to fit just like the SVT valence spoiler...along the bottom edge.
So if the bumper has a mountable bottom edge, and the bumper shape is appropriate, then it will be a go.

Also...I'm on the lookout for an 05 front bumper for cheapo. I don't care if the upper part of the bumper is cracked. I just need the lower half to be decent, and the shape to be in check. Anyone hear of one locally, let me know. It would be a big help.

Last, people will ask why this design. The answer is easy, function. Splitters are very effective spoilers. They are not decorative per say. This is more a hard part. Plus, no need for a body kit. However, it will certainly work in conjunction with a functional rear spoiler. Of note, the amount of downforce created by a splitter is determined by it's closeness to the ground and forward extension measurement. I am producing a funtional street part. As such, 45 mph will be the threshold at which the spoiler will begin to funtion. At highway speeds, it will be noticable. Above the posteds...it will be the most effective.
