Well, they finally showed up. I went over and got them mounted already. I picked up the rubber around Christmas really cheap. So this year will be really good, better rims, lighter, and better grip.

Did you ever find a set of Bronze Heliums in a 4x108? I called around, and they don't make them anymore. You would have to custom order them from Konig and probably have them custom drilled. My new rims should be here today, I'm just sitting here waiting for em.

I could try, but he's really not a car guy at all.

At any rate, no, i haven't bothered looking because I know I can't afford them

The old SVTs are already sold. Sorry.
I know they are shinier, but the new 5Zigen clones are what I was looking for. The SVTs on my car looked to "tame" for the car.

Oh, and yes, those are Kuhmo 711's. And yes, they suck. No grip. And they suck in the rain.
I'm not gonna run the new rims for autoX tho. I'm gonna put something new on my stock 16s. I don't want to burn down the good tires like that.

After I get the work done in mind on my car I need to find one of them vortech or procharger "tuner kits". The procharger is pretty much a vortech with an IC and differant plumbing/bracketry, from my understanding.

The procharger has a different blower. It's still centrifugal, but not a vortech.

the focus sport kit that O2 is putting on is the vortec kit with the intercooler. Trahma's kit is the actual vortec kit and can use an air to water after cooler.

no, o2designs has the focussport kit which uses a vortech blower, it's a bit smaller than the one that comes with my kit. AFAIK he's stage 2 which doesn't come intercooled either.

And when they release the satage 3 kit, it will be intercooled.

I will be getting the Stage3 when they release. They quit working on the FMIC kit becuase they want to launch their turbo kit asap, so all the RandD work is going into that. But all well, this will give me to time to buy some of the other little pieces I want to finesh off the rest of the car this summer.
