Ouch.
So stock cat and egr system it is.
is there any reason why the ac being on would not make it fire?
it was acting a little funny the other day, turn the ac off, starts right up. lol

Having no cat or EGR is trivial. I'm going on 7 years W/O either and no tune. No major problems to report yet. The car will adapt.
But why would the A/C being on affect the idle or starting,
Low charging voltage/amperage. It is literally crazy how many things go wrong when the voltage drops a bit.
No CHT sensor,
Ya that'll cause problems, mostly timing related far as I can tell. I'm running a SVT coolant temp sensor on mine (full SVT head swap and the SVT doesn't have a CHT sensor). The gauge reads almost normal but the car runs a bit funky, manageable though.
The P1602 is an oddball. It's a communication error between the tool and the PCM.
Basically fluctuating or low voltage can cause all of your codes. Check the alternator charging voltage and the amperage output. O'Reillys should have a alternator tester at the store you can use free.
If the alternator checks out then move on the cleaning grounds and power wires, which you should do anyways.
Once they are good, reset the ECU and let it relearn. Should take a couple drive cycles for it to fully relearn. If a code pops up, you know it's an actual fault and can go from there.

Seems very logical. Today i checked the volts to the fpr for shits and giggles.
I dont think 8.7 volts is correct.
Something is up.

8.7? i don't think the car should start and runn on that... mine didn't
A friend asked me if I wanted a frozen banana, I said "No, but I want a regular banana later, so Yeah."

Yeah, but it does. What did you do to fix it?

Alrighty, ill look into it. My bro dont think that would be it. It runs fine initially, then after running a while and warming up it leans out and dies.
