Introduction

I just wanted to introduce myself as I am new around here. I'll be turning 24 here pretty soon and got married just this last December to my best friend. I just got my 2003 SVT Focus EAP last week. I picked it up in Florida and drove it back to St. Paul. Seems to run pretty good. There are a few odds and ends that I need to workout in order to get it in good shape. I need get some paintwork done so that I can prevent some spots from rusting. All in all I have been very impressed with it.

I currently have 3 cars. My project car is a 1997 Mazda Miata M-Edition. It is currently turbocharged but is waiting for some big injectors. I have a Megasquirt engine management system that runs the whole show. The car is drivable but severely limited since I have been forced to set the rev limiter to 4k so that the turbo doesn't outrun the amount of fuel the injectors can put in the cylinders. I'll be waiting until spring to start work on her again. There are a few other mechanical things I need to get in order before I can awaken her from her winter slumber. I don't know if any of you would be interested but I could post some pics of her.

I also have a 99 crown vic Police Interceptor that is up for sale if anyone is interested. It runs and drives but it admittedly doesn't do either very well. I am not looking for much but I need to pull some audio equipment out of it before it can go.

Well that's pretty much what I got. I like to work with computers and I really enjoy tuning in Megasquirt with my friends. I enjoy drawing up my own parts and testing them out once they're fabricated. I really enjoy working on cars in general and learning new things. I haven't been working on cars for very long but have learned a lot over the years that I have.

Here is the power steering relocation bracket that I still need to work out the kinks on. I need to add a tensioner. Once the belt stretched it just flew right off.



This is the missing link. We needed to route all of our coolant into one junction and this is the piece we ended up with. It comes from an MR2 and it just kinda fell into our laps right when we needed it.
