Non Focus discussion. Pretty much other cars and off topic stuff.

i love the look of these headlight and moving the silly grill blinkers into the headlight itself. Is there a way to do this with my 02 SVT without a whole new bumper/grill/lights/etc.

Just looking for like a set of healights and a grill type replacement.

you dont need all that, just get the headlights, and a different grill.

I'll be honest I'm just looking around right now. Gonna get a Borla catback first, then STS, then some lights. Probably tint my stock tails and orange markers for cheap until then, maybe I'll really like the look.

I know how bad it is to want to pick up mods. When I got into my Focus on 10/02, I had no idea how bad the mod bug was going to bite me. While my family budget has not allowed me to do very much, I have sold tens of thousands of dollars of Focus aftermarket, svt, and Ford Racing stuff and even "invented/contributed" to the Focus community a very popular mod for the MK1 Focus (the Mach 1 lip refit). That has been fun, even though I haven't been able to keep but a few parts.

Anywho, you're just getting started and there's a ton more stuff on the market today compared to back in 02. Enjoy!

Steve has the Mach 1 lip on his car. It is a lower front bumper spoiler. The part itself came from the 03 Mustang Mach 1. In your case it would replace the existing lower bumper spoiler. For the non svt crowd (-04), this is an add on. The part is not a direct swap, but is easily adaptable and this mod has been done maybe a few thousand times. Buy one from Steve :) .

My wagon's front at one time. This is the spoiler that started it all (I still have it).

Dunno if anyone else was following it but, on FF there was a kid/guy that bought some black ST lights and he received grey. had to send them back and a new set where sent out. Grey again. The guy how owns EP checked with Ford and the part # seemed correct but they kept sending the wrong color. Ford checked and indeed the part # was wrong.
That's where I left off. Now I assume everything is correct but I'd call and double check just to be on the safe side.

... and no I don't recall what the thread was titled. Should be a few pages long though.

Good thing to point out/interject.

I didn't see that thread. I have had stuff sent to me from Euro-parts without a problem. That being said, another option is http://www.fordpartsuk.com. While they don't list much for the Focus, just email what you want and they will send you a quote. I haven't ordered from there myself, but have emailed and received a prompt response, and others out there have had nothing but good things to say (the few I have read).
