Not sure what kind of boost maker it is but my guess would be turbo. Looks like Yorks intercooler from his Blue Focus.

$8K for a 2003? Seem's a bit high for a 7 year old Ford. That, and normally modding a car brings the value down not up, depending on how well it was done.
The dealer has no information on the motor at all.

Just say's "This car is one of a kind. Sport gauges, sun roof, lots of customizing. You will surely stand out in this car". They did'nt even take a under-hood picture.

We need underhood pics, Odds are it's an Aerochager kit which means the turbo is hidden below/behind the motor.
