#1: Grey ZX3 Eastbound 94 near woodbury. Dark tint and Black rims w/ chrome lip.
#2: Red 5door SVT. Also Eastbound 94 near Manning.

dont think it did. The front wheels were really dirty though. I couldnt tell they had the chrome lips from westbound. On the otherhand... would you drive around with dirty wheels? lol
