Yup, Walmart, K-mart, Fleet farm, most sporting goods stores.ScottyK wrote:I could prob. swing this Sunday....but where do I get the gun and the ammo??? This is new to me. Walmart?
Keep in mind that most spring air guns have to be cocked every time you fire but co2 and electric guns are semi or full auto.
co2 is my choice because I don't have to worry about having a way to recharge my battery pack if it dies.
Don't forget goggles and keep checking in for verification of time and location, I think we'll probably meet up at my place and go from there.

O.K. after doing a bit more research it's probably not a good idea to do this in an area open to the general public as it does appear that it's illegal on public land and we don't need anyone getting arrested or shot by a cop that thinks we have real firearms because I know the one I bought looks very realistic.
Who has open land we could use within a reasonable distance? Nils?
I know Pat has land but it's a bit of a haul although it'd be better for Scotty.
What about down your way Kyle?

That's why we changed it up a bitviciousvermin wrote:I had 3 airsoft guns taken from me by the ramsey cty sheriff, for discharging a firearm in city limits. This was in shoreview, mn.

I live in Shoreview and I was seeing kids in the neighborhood playing around the school all summer and they didn't seem to get bothered but I will say it was a bit odd seeing kids walking around with guns these days even if they were obviously toys.

That's a haul but when I was down there a few years ago for the Motocross races it was really nice hilly wooded terrain for the most part.
I'm up for it.
