'07 ST Front Bumper On An '04 SVTF?

Steve, A few questions regarding this:
- Can this bumper cover fit on my '04 SVTF (see the classified ad, "18' ASA AR1 Wheels 225/35/18 Avon tires", which shows the sedan with this front end)?
- If so, is it simply a "bolt-on" fit, or is some other work/parts required?
- What is the cost?
- Has anybody done this swap? Pics?

I'm not Steve, but I do know the answer. It will require either some extensive modification of the bumper, or you'd have to swap fenders, headlights, hood and washer tank to make it work.

Find a euro ST170 frontend, it looks better.....

Karl pretty much nailed it, it's a fairly involved conversion and not cheap.

I was just curious because I need a new bumper skin or a small bumper repair. But I'm not inclined to get a whole new front end. Not in this lifetime, anyway. The ST front would look sweet on the SVTF, IMHO.

I can sell you a complete SVT bumper kit that includes a new cover, lower grille, fogs, lip, marker lights and horns for $330.00.

The ST conversion would run at LEAST three times that just in parts and then you have to get the entire front end painted.

Besides, It's an SVT and although you're used to it from living with it you already have a unique front end in comparison to other Foci.

Uh, who's Al, and how do I contact him? I'm assuming you are talking about used front bumper covers.

Al the Focus mech. Lives down south of the cities. I'm sure one of the guys on here might have his number. When I was out with him last week he had 6 SVTF's on his lot i believe? Not sure of the colors/condtions of the front bumber covers, but it's worth a shot.

He doesn't have any SVT front ends that he will sell. In fact I believe he needs some.

Pappy is right about Al, he holds onto his SVT parts as much as posible.

Steve's price on the new bumper is an awesome deal i'm almost tempted to get one just to have spare.
