Silver SVT EAP with blacked out windows at the home depot in maplewood. car looked good, but it looks like the head lights need cleaned

IF IT WAS YOU, YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL IN THAT AREA WITH DARK WINDOWS. MAPLEWOOD PO-PO'S DON'T LIKE IT. i GOT A 140 DOLLAR TICKET FOR MINE. SORRY FOR THE CAPS LOCK, AT WORK ITS ALWAYS IN CAPS LOCK

Dark windows? I have never had any issues with dark windows...
Maybe this was'nt mine, I would never tint my windows darker then the legal limit. Its just dumb, and very unsafe. Plus illegal!
